A daily routine included the early

  • morning asana practices, 
  • meditations 
  • silent meditation nature walks 
  • Yoga Nidra (Deep relaxation)
  • and evening Satsangs

The highlight for this year was the developing of dicipline for our daily practice and the ability to let go. Let go of the old paterns in our minds that keeping us from being our true Self.
