Level 5

Level 5

These classes are for anyone who has done yoga before and is ready for more advanced yoga postures, done with deeper inner focus and concentration. The Level 5 asanas and practices are advanced, and thus require a more concentrated and slow practice, with this the influence deepens. Each asana has a regulatory effect on the organs and glandular systems, the effects unfold during the asana and also during the short relaxation between each asana.
This level includes the practice of the Bhastrika - Pranayama.

Thursdays: 6 - 7.15pm

Levels 1 - 2

The yoga exercises from Yoga in Daily Life Level 1 and 2 are designed for beginners and those who want to build a firm foundation to their existing practice. Includes: yoga exercises to increase flexibility and strength of muscles and improve the function of internal organs; yogic breathing to reduce stress and anxiety; traditional pranayama, relaxation and meditation techniques.

Lunchtime Yoga

This 60 minute session is an energising and refreshing experience to carry you through the day and reduce the build up of work-related stress and fatigue.

Suitable for everyone. The Monday's Lunchtime class focuses more on the problem with the back and neck care.

Wednesdays:  12.15 - 1.15pm
Fridays: 12.15 - 1.15pm

Postnatal Yoga (bring baby)

We are happy to set up the course of 4 weeks for you if you are the group of minimum 5 mums, 60 minutes session, $60. We could do it on Tuesdays or Fridays morning. In case youare interested, please give us a call on 04 801 70 12.

Gentle yoga exercises for women more than six weeks after giving natural birth or 2 months after a C/Section delivery. This one hour class is designed for mothers to bring their babies along until they are six months old (up until the crawling stage). The main aim is to take time for yourself, to relax and recharge, and to relieve tension and stress.

The more relaxed and balanced you are, the more relaxed and happier your child will be.
