  • This extended morning practice is designed to harmonise body, breath, and mind—leaving you grounded, uplifted, and refreshed for the weekend ahead.

Khatu Pranam

On a physical level it strengthens, stretches and relaxes the muscles, ligaments and joints of the whole body, promotes flexibility of the spine and regulates glandular activity. It stimulates the circulation, fortifies the immune system, strenghtens and balances the entire nerve system. It improves concentration and eyesight.

On a spiritual level Khatu Pranam is like a cosmic dance. It has a strong effect on our Chakras, and Prana can flow freely throughout the body. It expands consciousness and promotes the feeling of calmness.

Pranayama

Nadi Shodhana pranayama purifies the blood and respiratory system. The deeper breathing enriches the blood with oxygen. This Pranayama strengthens the respiratory system and balances the nervous system. It helps to relieve nervousness and headaches.

 AUM

(often spelled Om) is more than just a sound—it’s a vibration, a mantra, and a deeply symbolic expression of universal energy.

In yogic tradition, AUM is considered the primordial sound—the sound of creation itself. Chanting AUM is said to connect us to the present moment, unify our body, mind, and spirit, and align us with the rhythm of the universe.

Chanting AUM:  Calms the nervous system, Helps focus the mind, Balances energy (prana), Creates a shared intention in group settings, Cultivates peace and inner clarity
